Progress at Mellieha
Well it certainly has been a very busy 6 months here at Mellieha. We have finally had our planning granted and managed to improve the guest house considerably. The two rooms on the first floor have had substantial changes made to them. We now have a large kingsize room with separate seating area and beautiful views of Carmarthen Bay. Its Summer in Amroth. We have certainly had some lovely weather this month and I have attached some photos Stuart has taken of the garden in bloom. His hard work has certainly produced some beautiful results.Now that the pond is established , following last years repairs, we have purchased a new bench so that visitors can sit and enjoy the wonderful Dragonflies.

First Blog
Well this is my first attempt to write a blog. With our new web site up and running we thought it would be a good way to bring people up to date with the news in the area. We have just had a beautiful Bank holiday weekend in Pembrokeshire (despite the forecast) very little rain and lots of sunshine. Our guests have had a brilliant time with visits to Skomer to see the Puffins. watch this space as we are waiting for their photos and will then post some. Pembrokeshire tourism have also just informed us that the Pembrokeshire National Coastal Park has recently been named the top coastal path in the UK.. we are very lucky to live here.
